Dr. Amol Unde
Founder & Director
Dr. Amol Unde is the founder and driving force behind Nishkain Foundation. With a distinguished background in social innovation, public health, and community welfare, Dr. Unde has dedicated his life to creating systemic change at the grassroots level. His vision of an empowered India where access to dignity, opportunity, and health is universal has shaped the Foundation’s mission and long-term strategy.
Under his leadership, Nishkain Foundation has grown from a regional initiative to a nationally recognized movement, known for delivering high-impact solutions like biodegradable sanitary pads, posture correction innovations, and nationwide job fairs. Dr. Unde is not just a leader but a mentor, inspiring teams and partners with his empathy, insight, and relentless pursuit of social justice.
Mr. Kiran Rahane
Founder & Director
Mr. Kiran Rahane is a dynamic changemaker with deep expertise in community engagement, field outreach, and grassroots mobilization. With years of hands-on experience in working with rural and semi-urban populations, Mr. Rahane has been instrumental in expanding Nishkain Foundation’s presence across states, ensuring that programs reach even the most remote and underserved communities.
He oversees the execution of major field initiatives such as Pan-India job fairs, women and child empowerment workshops, and NGO support programs. Known for his practical leadership style and ability to translate vision into ground-level action, Mr. Rahane plays a key role in ensuring that all projects remain context-sensitive, people-centric, and results-driven.
Mr. Dipak Pawar
Founder & Director
With a strong foundation in social entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and corporate collaboration, Mr. Dipak Pawar leads the Foundation’s CSR partnerships, stakeholder alliances, and impact operations. His deep understanding of India’s social sector and his ability to build meaningful partnerships have enabled Nishkain Foundation to scale its solutions and enhance sustainability.
Mr. Pawar is the force behind initiatives like Orthoabg, the world’s first posture correction bag with an international patent, and has been key in channeling CSR funds to support large-scale distribution of health and empowerment products across India. His forward-thinking approach ensures that every initiative is not only impactful but also measurable and sustainable in the long run.
Together, Dr. Amol Unde, Mr. Kiran Rahane, and Mr. Dipak Pawar form a powerful leadership trio, united by a commitment to innovation, equity, and human dignity. Their combined efforts continue to drive Nishkain Foundation toward transformational change on a national scale.
